The drum is a powerful tool and a beautiful instrument. It has a unique way of connecting with you, which grows as you work with it. Whether you're using it as a shamanic tool, for healing or in a drumming circle, you’ll discover it’s more than just a drum.

If you already own a drum I can paint it for you. Otherwise I am able to supply Remo Buffalo Drums which are synthetic and lighter than traditional hide drums. Remos are uneffected by temperature and moisture, making them ideal for drumming outside, for camping and festivals.

Once I have connected with what you'd like I'll paint a draft design on paper so you can see roughly how your drum will look. As I paint I focus and channel healing energy, holding in my mind the intended purpose of the drum as well as focusing on the drums owner. When completed, the drum is sealed, cleansed and blessed.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the paintwork is of high standard and sealed, it’s a working tool and you must expect marks to appear over a period of time; that said, I have been merrily banging my drum regularly for over a year (I go wild with it!) and the painting has not suffered at all.
