Steven wanted his power animals bought to life on a drum to be used for healing. He had a fair idea of what he wanted his drum to look like and provide me with pictures to use as a reference, although when I was painting the animals showed me different expressions.

White Raven Mother

Susan wanted Barn Owl & White Raven painted on her drum. After talking with her I felt Sun and Moon energies were also needed. I found myself telling her she may be given some symbols which I could incorporate in the design. Sure enough a week later Susan received two symbols; one representing her soul group and the other to activate crystal skulls.

Cobra

Terri has a passion for snakes, especially cobras. She asked me to paint her own Bodhrán Drum. Terri wanted me to use red, yellow and black, otherwise she left the design up to me.

Thunderbird

Sheela wanted the Native American Thunderbird on her drum and also symbols which were special to her. She asked for bright colours and left the rest up to me. I decided to use medicine wheel colours and place her symbols in the directions they represented.
